Licensing Agreement:
All of the marketing material created and delivered by Ever Open House to be used for real estate listings include a nontransferable license that is valid for the length of time the listing is active. Marketing materials may only be altered by Ever Open House.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of an appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee at the sole discretion of Ever Open House.
